 Verified excellent value, not walkable to commercial areas
i thought the rooms and the value were incredible. I loved being on the little island. The staff was very professional in resolving an issue I had with the room. My only issue was it's not close to a commercial area, resulting in needing taxis to get to and from the resort

 Verified A great value in paradise
I was skeptical based on the reviews I saw but I was pleasantly surprised. Reception was fine and quick. Got a ride to the room with bags in minutes. Dinner was ok, nothing for vegetarians except bread, fries, and veggie of the day. Breakfast was so incredible that it's worth staying here again just for that!!! See Turkish breakfast picture attached. Room was huge, comfortable, neat, perfect, really. I didn't even use one bedroom or bathroom. Never went to the casino or three restaurants in it across the parking lot so I can't comment. Walked to my room and to eat, never used the complementary golf cart transportation so I can't comment if it was available or prompt. Check out was unremarkable...remember the resort fees. No restaurants or shops in walking distance. Literally located in a marina...surrounded by boats of all sizes. I'd stay here again, great value for points, definitely!! I have stayed at Wyndham properties that are barely worth 1/2 off the points required...not Port de Plaisance Resort. Plan on a taxi to get anywhere, most fares are $15 regardless.

Had a great time last night. Got the coupon special. 30 dollars each Which gave us 20 dollars of play time on the machines and 30 dollar credit for the restaurants. Super fun and the sushi was delicious
